We're sorry to hear an individual may be abusing the chat feature on BlazeTV. As a company that values free expression, we do not moderate users on chat. However, you can mute individuals you find annoying.
If you log in to your BlazeTV account from your desktop and go to Chat, you’ll notice a mic icon with an X to the right of a user’s name. Click that to mute the user, and you’ll never see or hear from that user again.
We do take action against online users engaged in abuse, targeted harassment, or aggressive spamming. To report such behavior, please add a new support ticket at our Help Center, and provide screenshots of the online abuse so we can address the issue directly and promptly.
