IMPORTANT: If you have a subscription to BlazeTV managed by Roku and have trouble on a Roku device, you will not be able to delete the BlazeTV app. Instead, on your Roku, make sure you are on the home screen, then with your remote press the home button 5 times, then the up arrow once, then the rewind button twice, then the fast forward button twice. What you will see happen is your Roku screen freeze, scroll through a few menus, then restart automatically. This step replaces steps 2 in troubleshooting.
