If on your Amazon Fire TV Stick you see a “secure connection” error, the following steps can be taken to resolve the issue.
Go to Settings > Preferences > Time Zone. confirm that the time zone is correct.
Go to Settings > Applications > Managed Installed Applications > BLAZETV > Force Stop, then Clear Cache, then Clear Data.
Settings > Applications > Managed Installed Applications > Amazon App Store > Force stop, then Clear Cache (do not clear data)
Lastly, Unplug both the Fire TV Stick device and the router device for a minute.
